Our Mission
LABREPCO is committed to exceeding the expectations of the scientific community and being recognized as the true solutions provider for laboratory equipment.
Founded in 1978, LabRepCo, LLC is a trusted laboratory equipment distributor with more than four decades of experience supporting scientific research, regulated environments, and complex laboratory operations. We are known for combining deep technical knowledge with a consultative, solutions focused approach that helps customers make confident, informed decisions.
Headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania, LabRepCo serves customers across the United States through a hybrid service model. Regionally based field sales professionals provide local, on-site support, while our experienced inside sales, technical support, and operations teams deliver responsive nationwide coverage. This structure allows us to stay close to our customers while maintaining the scale, consistency, and accountability required to support evolving organizations.
LabRepCo partners with organizations across the scientific marketplace, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, government and contract research organizations, academic institutions, forensic laboratories, and industrial research facilities. We represent a comprehensive portfolio of laboratory equipment and infrastructure solutions, ranging from core research instrumentation to cold storage systems, biosafety and containment equipment, and specialized laboratory appliances. Our value lies not only in the breadth of products we offer, but in our ability to align the right technologies with each customer’s workflow, compliance requirements, facility constraints, and future growth plans.
A defining strength of LabRepCo is our solutions driven approach. Our team works closely with customers to understand their applications, environments, and operational risks. This enables us to recommend equipment configurations that improve reliability, reduce downtime, support regulatory compliance, and deliver consistent performance throughout the equipment lifecycle. Many of our customer relationships span decades, reflecting the trust built through expertise, transparency, and partnership.
Our field organization includes 28 sales professionals, typically located within one to two hours of customer sites. This regional presence ensures timely support, informed recommendations, and meaningful engagement. Supporting them is a robust headquarters team of operations, technical, and e commerce specialists who manage orders, provide technical assistance, and support customers by phone and email, creating a seamless experience from initial inquiry through delivery and installation.
Beyond equipment distribution, LabRepCo offers a turnkey laboratory construction and renovation program. Through our dedicated Project Team, we collaborate with architects, laboratory planners, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases of laboratory design and build out. Many design and construction firms lack specialized laboratory expertise. LabRepCo fills this gap by helping specify, supply, and coordinate the integration of critical equipment within complex laboratory environments. Our completed project portfolio demonstrates the scope and impact of this work.
As of January 1, 2019, LabRepCo became a 100 percent employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Employee ownership strengthens accountability, continuity, and a shared commitment to quality. It aligns the success of the business directly with the people who serve our customers every day, resulting in deeper expertise, greater stability, and stronger customer relationships.
