I have had a long standing relationship and many rewarding experiences with several of the LABREPCO reps. It began with Joe Clark when I was working at Mt Sinai in NYC. It was later at Princeton University that I met Dave Edling. Being new to the LABREPCO sales force, he bravely introduced himself to me and I knew that I would like him immediately. He had made frequent stops just to see how everything was going and he was totally dedicated to customer satisfaction. And now, of course, I have Matt Aldrich.

I first learned of LABREPCO when a LABREPCO sales rep, Dave Edling, walked into my postdoctoral lab at Princeton University. At that time, I was beginning my transition to an independent position at the University of Arizona in the new BIO5 Institute. I was amazed at the"new lab" building service LABREPCO offered. LABREPCO supplied the highest quality equipment available for the best prices. All my lab equipment needs were served by LABREPCO. Furthermore, Dave Edling is the most amazing sales rep I have ever worked with as far as responsiveness. He has a great style-friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The inside sales support I have received from Jeanne Koob has also been amazingly responsive, things always get done and done correctly. If we had a situation where something needed to be followed up on or fixed it was remedied immediately, surprisingly within the same day.
