Returns & Cancellations
Returning Products:
For all returns use the information listed below, and please contact us if you have any other questions.
Please send all returns to:
  • Item(s) must be in pristine, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging
  • Item(s) must be returned within 15-30 days of receipt
  • Must obtain an RMA# and correct return address in order to receive a credit
  • Customer is responsible for original freight, return freight and a restocking fee (usually anywhere form 15-30%)
  • Credits will not be issued for any item received with freight damage
  • Some products need a decontamination form filled out before returning
Order Cancellations:
For order cancellations, please contact our customer service department at (800) 521-0754 within 24 hours of placing the order. If product has shipped prior to cancellation notification the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee.
