Manual Defrost Laboratory Freezers
Our laboratory freezers include manual defrost upright freezers available in -20°C and -30°C temperatures and manual defrost chest freezers available in -25°C and -40°C temperatures. All of these freezers are designed to provide specialized storage of enzymes, biologicals, culture media and other critical, temperature sensitive material. Manual defrost freezers have special tubing in the walls that circulate cool refrigerant throughout the cabinet. The internal temperature differential causes the cool air to circulate within the cabinet, keeping a more constant temperature. As a result, the freezer cabinet and coils must be defrosted manually. Our manual defrost freezers are ideal for various applications in the life science, biological and other research areas that require more rigorous temperature control and construction features.  Choose which type of freezer best fits your application.
