This chair features a combination ISO 6 cleanroom / ESD static control performance package and is designed for use at 34" to 46" high benches. It is constructed to provide continuity throughout the chair to the ground. Features include a generously proportioned, saddle-shaped contoured seat with waterfall front and internal seat board bumperguard, a roomy backrest with lumbar support and plastic protective panel, and a task control with pneumatic seat-height adjustments from 22" to 32", convenient backrest tilt and height adjustments. The seat and back are covered with blue Microcon vinyl upholstery to meet static control needs. The chair rests on a high profile 28.7” diameter wide aluminum base with attached drag chain. Other components include an adjustable 22” footring and 2"-high polyamide glides rated for static control applications. Metal parts have chrome finish.

Seat Description: Generously proportioned saddle-shaped seat is contoured and features a waterfall front for added comfort; measures 21" wide x 19" deep X 3" thick.
Back Description: Large ergonomic backrest is 18" wide x 19" high to deliver added comfort and support for the upper lower back.
Control Description: Control allows function of the seat height activation, backrest adjustment, and seat tilt adjustment by means of easily engaged levers which can be activated from the seated position. Seat tilts 6° rearward; 4° forward; backrest tilts 8° forward; 13° rearward. Tilt adjustments can be locked in place or be left to free float. Seat slider bracket allows seat depth adjustment range of up to 2.5" with locking positions every 0.5".
Base Description: Five-legged, solid cast aluminum base with caster-to-caster diameter of 28.7" and maximum width of 27.4". T-cross-section legs ensure cleanability, and endure test loads of 1.5-2x BIFMA strength requirements. Features standard 50-mm tapered hub (1° 26' 16" (Morse) taper) with gauge line elevation of 113mm from the caster insert plane. The base is cast out of UNI EN 46100 aluminum with a robotically polished top surface to ensure quality and consistency.
Caster/Glide Description: 2.25" high black glides have a base diameter of 2.125" and are made of first class polyamide with a steel grip ring stem. ESD version is indicated by a yellow ring around the stem of the glide.
