These units have glass ceramic plates which are extremely resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. The clear displays show the current temperature and rotation speed, allowing for easy adjustment until appropriate targets are reached. An electronic speed control also ensures a constant speed is maintained, even during changes in load; they generally offer a rotation speed of up to 1500 rpm (depending on the model chosen).
