Plas-Labs 861.5-CG/NS Clear Acrylic Desiccator provides a controlled, dust- and moisture-resistant environment for storing research specimens, electronic components, and other moisture-sensitive laboratory materials. Constructed from optically clear acrylic, the 12 x 12 x 24-inch cabinet allows users to visually monitor stored materials without opening the door and disrupting the internal environment. The single-cubicle design includes eleven shelf positions, four interchangeable perforated shelves for effective gas circulation, a built-in hygrometer, and gas connections for maintaining a slight positive nitrogen atmosphere. Spring-loaded sealing clamps, closed-cell gasketing, door guards, and the gasket guard system help maintain a reliable seal, while non-slip feet allow multiple desiccators to be securely stacked.
