Jeiotech OV4-30 vacuum oven is a 1 cu. ft. laboratory vacuum oven designed for precision drying, degassing, curing, and heat treatment applications in research, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories. The system provides temperature control from ambient +15°C to 250°C using a microprocessor PID controller with excellent temperature stability and uniformity for sensitive vacuum processing workflows. A durable stainless-steel chamber with corrosion-resistant aluminum shelving supports clean operation and long-term reliability, while the toughened glass viewing window allows safe observation of samples during operation. Advanced usability features including a 5-inch LCD display, programmable temperature presets, RS-232 and USB connectivity, timer functionality, and optional LC Connected mobile monitoring improve workflow efficiency and process control. Integrated safety systems including over-temperature protection, pressure-release door ventilation, controller lock functions, and alarm monitoring help protect both samples and equipment during demanding vacuum applications.
