NuAire AireGard ES (Energy Saver) NU-240 Bench Top Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstation

NuAire NU-240 AireGard ES is a bench top horizontal laminar airflow workstation designed to deliver ISO Class 5 HEPA filtered air for sterile product protection in laboratory and pharmacy environments. The workstation draws air through a pre-filter and propels it through a backwall HEPA filter rated at 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns, creating uniform horizontal laminar airflow across the work surface to maintain a particle-controlled work zone. A high-efficiency DC/ECM motor supports consistent airflow performance while reducing energy consumption and noise levels. The integrated AeroMax electronic control system and PressureFlow airflow monitor allow users to verify airflow performance and monitor operating conditions during critical procedures. The work zone features stainless steel sidewalls and a stainless-steel work surface with a PVC core for durability and easy cleaning, along with cord pass-through ports and fluorescent lighting with optional LED upgrades. The NU-240 laminar airflow workstation is commonly used for sterile drug compounding preparation, media preparation, tissue culture work, microelectronics assembly, and other laboratory processes that require ISO Class 5 clean air product protection. Horizontal laminar airflow workstations are designed to protect the product only and should not be used when personnel protection from hazardous materials is required. Available cabinet widths include 3 ft, 4 ft, 5 ft, and 6 ft models to support different laboratory workflows and space requirements.
