Item#: LP-LABBKThe Ballast Kit for Precision Series Refrigerators & Freezers is a factory installed option to replace standard glycerol bottle(s) used for upper product temperature, with a solid temperature ballast specifically designed with the same temperature response as a glycerol bottle. Unlike glycerol bottles, which are susceptible to leaks or evaporation over time, solid ballasts are maintenance free. The solid ballast accommodates (3) 1/4" diameter temperature probes to aid validation and calibration activities. This accessory is factory install only and can only be added when purchasing the actual refrigerator or freezer units (LP-23-HG, LP-23-SD, LP-23-FA, LP-49-HG, LP-49-SD, LP-49-FA).
