Thermal Cycler Remote Control App
Item#: PCR-APPBiometra thermal cyclers can now be controlled remotely with the Analytik Jena PCR Control App. Using the Ethernet port on the back of the instrument, instruments can be connected to a local network and controlled from a mobile device or tablet.
The application can be downloaded for free on the Google Play store (for Android devices) or the Apple store (for iOS devices).
- Live status monitoring of active PCR program runs;
- Remote start/stop of PCR protocols;
- Store or copy PCR programs;
- Receive status alerts or message
The PCR Control App can be used with the following thermal cyclers:
- Biometra TOne
- Biometra TAdvanced
- Biometra TAdvanced Twin
- Biometra TRIO
A thermal cycler software update may be required to activate Ethernet port functionality. Please contact our office for additional information.
