Vacuum Ovens

LabRepCo supplies laboratory vacuum ovens for drying, degassing, curing, and heat-treating heat-sensitive and solvent-containing materials. Our catalog covers three industry-leading brands, BINDER, SHEL LAB, and Lab Companion (JeioTech), with chamber sizes from 0.6 to 9.3 cubic feet to accommodate benchtop research and high-volume production workflows alike.

Unlike conventional forced-air ovens, vacuum ovens remove ambient air and oxygen from the chamber before and during heating. This lowers the effective boiling point of solvents, eliminates oxidation risk, prevents surface contamination from airborne particles, and enables uniform, low-temperature drying of materials that would be damaged or altered by standard convection heat. Applications include pharmaceutical drying, cannabis extraction residue removal, electronic component baking, semiconductor processing, powder drying, and polymer degassing.

All models are available via purchase order or online transaction. Contact your LabRepCo regional sales representative for application guidance, vacuum pump pairing recommendations, and formal quotes.
