This In-VitroCell ES incubator uses direct heating elements surrounding the growth chamber to maintain stable temperature conditions while regulating CO2 levels through a dual-wave infrared sensor and controlling oxygen concentrations using a zirconia ceramic O2 sensor. The system incorporates dual sterilization cycles with 95°C humidified and 145°C dry heat decontamination to help maintain a clean chamber environment and support reproducible cell culture workflows. Key specifications include a temperature control range from 5°C to 55°C with ±0.35°C uniformity at 37°C, CO2 control from 0.1% to 20% with ±0.1% accuracy, oxygen control from 0.5% to 21% with ±0.25% accuracy, and a 7.06 cu. ft.
