The Erlab CaptairBio 391 PCR Workstation was designed to protect cross contamination of your DNA/RNA samples, protect contamination of the laboratory, and also protect the user from contamination during its application. Air from the room is gathered and processed through a H14 HEPA filter and then blown into the enclosure, preventing any contamination of samples. Air is blown towards the operator to prevent user contamination and UV rays are used to decontaminate the enclosure between two consecutive PCR experiments to avoid cross-contamination.
